Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  • The Money Back Guarantee only applies to our Substantive Editing and Copy Editing services.
  • Requests should be made within 14 days after delivery and should specify the parts in the manuscript that you are not satisfied with.
  • If your manuscript is rejected by a journal solely due to English quality, please notify us within 180 days after delivery. We will conduct a quality review and issue a refund if the case warrants it.
  • Before deciding on the refund, we will re-edit your manuscript at least three times to rectify the problems identified by you.
  • The amount of refund will be determined on the following points:
    • Manuscript word count
    • The English Editing service chosen
    • The severity of the quality issues
  • If you have revised the delivered manuscript before submitting it to a journal, we may not be able to provide a refund, depending on the nature and extent of your revisions.
  • The refund will be credited to your Enago Wallet. Currently, we cannot refund via other payment methods such as credit cards or bank transfers.
  • The Money Back Guarantee is only available to individual customers who have ordered English Editing services from www.enago.com.
